Lyon Air Museum would like to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time or an estimated delivery time.

Due to shipping delays caused by the current situation. Orders may require extra time during the shipping process. Those who have questions can contact the carrier that they select during the check-out process.

 

Processing & Shipping Time:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing online orders.
  • Shipping Time: Depends on shipping service selected at check out (not guaranteed)

Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED Billing Address. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All other orders (Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. As a security precaution, all IP Addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction. If you i.e. the Customer enters the wrong shipping address, delays and extra fees may be added to correct the situation, please review shipping information and/or contact us immediately.  

 

Shipping Charges are NON REFUNDABLE. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs the Lyon Air Museum Store to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.

 

In Store Pick-Up

Selecting In-Store Pick Up does not guarantee immediate order readiness. Please check your email provided during the check-out process for the latest instore pick up information.
