Terms and Conditions
Updated and Effective January 6, 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all Lyon Air Museum Memberships Family & Individual in Active status as of January 6, 2026.
A Lyon Air Museum Membership is valid only at Lyon Air Museum and grants a revocable license to the registered holder for admission to Lyon Air Museum on a normal operating day or public Museum Special Event Day for which it was issued.
A Lyon Air Museum Membership is valid for one visit per day. Readmission to Lyon Air Museum is provided with a receipt that can be requested upon entry or departure. Museum Special Events will require the presentation of a Lyon Air Museum Provided Wristbands for both entry and re-entry. Membership does not include admission to areas of the museum that are not open to the general public or require separate admission fees. Fees for items such as merchandise, third-party vendors, and/or special engagements is not included. In order to gain museum entry, a museum membership card provided at the time of purchase must be presented to any requesting Museum Staff (at main entrances or special entrances). Identification may be requested or required by Museum Staff to verify both the Member and the Membership Information on the Account match. Any attempt to gain admission using a membership card by a guest to whom the membership was not issued will result in immediate confiscation of the membership without a refund. Each museum visit is subject to applicable museum rules and restrictions. Members who do not meet Membership requirements for the pass purchased will be required to upgrade the membership at the current Membership Prices.
A Lyon Air Museum Membership (both Individual and Family) is not valid for private events, private facility rentals, museum buyouts, or during museum closures due to full capacity or special events for which an additional admission fee is charged/required.
Museum operating dates and hours are subject to change without notice. All museum attractions (I.e., flight simulator, interactive zone, etc.) are subject to closing and cancellations due to staffing or other conditions.
All Memberships begin on the date of activation, regardless of purchase date, and expire at 11:59pm on the last calendar day of the same month the following year.
A Lyon Air Museum Membership (both Individual and Family) is the property of Lyon Air Museum and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not valid for cash. Memberships may also be revoked without refund if the member is removed from the property due to misuse, failure to abide by applicable terms and conditions, or conduct detrimental to the property, including theft of property or services, violation of Federal, State and Local laws, assisting any person to obtain unauthorized entry, violation of museum rules and/or safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, or possession of intoxicating liquors (except as properly purchased within the museum with valid identification and used in a responsible manner), drugs or weapons.
A membership card must be scanned and verified for entry into the museum. Lost or stolen physical membership cards are subject to a non-refundable activation/replacement card fee. Photos or non-official digital images of physical membership cards are not accepted. A Museum Membership Card is always required for admission. If a Membership Card is lost, stolen or forgotten, the card can be replaced for a non-refundable replacement fee. Admission will be denied if a membership card is not presented and will result in paying the full admission price.
A Membership may not be used in connection with any other promotional offer or ticket (except specifically designated for Lyon Air Museum Members). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
Additional benefits-such as Members Fast Lane Access, Early Access, Gift Shop Discounts, Online Store Discounts, Mobile Gift Shop Discounts-that are part of the membership benefits package, are only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered member. Membership Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not valid for cash.
Museum Special Public Event benefits are extended to members at the discretion of the Museum and apply only to the Account Holder and eligible members in the household (for family memberships) and are subject to change on a per event basis.
All purchased Family Memberships after January 3, 2022, utilizing the “6 Family Members” benefit may be required to show Identification. The main registered cardholder must be present to utilize this benefit.
The “6 family members” benefit can only be utilized with the following:
1) An adult (Cardholder) and spouse living in the same household.
2) An adult (Cardholder), or adult (Cardholder) and spouse, and children under 18 living in the same household.
3) Grandparents (Cardholder) and their grandchildren under 18 years of age.
A “Cardholder” is defined as the name on the membership account. There is no membership account sharing permitted. Members that are found to not match the name on file will be subject to their membership being voided without a refund.
The Membership Cardholder of a Lyon Air Museum Membership agrees to these and other conditions of usage, and grants Lyon Air Museum permission to use Cardholder’s photo/video image in advertising, promotions, or other publication without compensation to the membership holder.
A Lyon Air Museum Membership is only valid at Lyon Air Museum, 19300 Ike Jones Road, Santa Ana, California, 92707.
In addition to the Terms and Conditions herein, a Lyon Air Museum Membership is subject to all Federal, State and local government health and safety orders in effect at the time the registered holder attempts to use Lyon Air Museum Membership to gain entry to Museum Property.
All Federal, State, and local government orders and related museum rules and regulations applicable to the location of the museum should be reviewed prior to any attempt to gain admission. No refunds will be provided due to any closure, capacity limitation, and/or full or partial shutdown resulting from any Federal, State, and/or local government health and safety orders.
Lyon Air Museum reserves the right to require a museum reservation and valid Museum Membership on the day of entry.
