Redemption Policy

ADMISSION TICKET REDEMPTION

This policy applies to the following ticket classes:

General Ticket
Senior Ticket (60+)
Veteran Ticket
Children Ticket (5-17)
Under 5

Tickets (purchased at the Lyon Air Museum Store) never expire and can only be redeemed for Admission Tickets. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.

When redeeming in person, all admission tickets on the order must be redeemed at the time of redemption. All patrons in your party must be present.

You are unable to separate tickets on a single order.

MEMBERSHIP REDEMPTION

This policy applies to the following membership classes:

Single Membership
Family Membership

When Redeeming your Online Store purchase of either a Single or Family Membership your expiration date will be on the day your membership was activated in person.

Those who have purchased memberships from the Lyon Air Museum Store have 1 calendar year from purchase to activate their membership. After 1 Year, the agreement between you and Lyon Air Museum becomes Null/Void.

SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS (i.e, Cars on the Flightline, Speaking Engagements, Book Signings, Museum Ramp Events)

All Lyon Air Museum Special Events happen rain or shine. Special Event Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each Special Event Ticket can only be redeemed for the event specified on the ticket/confirmation and cannot be used for another event or for a Regular Operating Day. Participants tickets may also be revoked without refund if the participant is removed from the property due to misuse, failure to abide by applicable terms and conditions, or conduct detrimental to the property, including theft of property or services, violation of Federal, State and Local laws, assisting any person to obtain unauthorized entry, violation of museum rules, safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, and possession of intoxicating liquors (except as properly purchased within the museum with valid identification and used in a responsible manner), drugs or weapons.
